WiFi Heatmap 3D : Signal Map

Effective date: 13 September 2026 · Android package: com.f7developer.wifiheatmap3d

This policy explains how F7 Developer (Fajar M. Reza) and the services used by this app handle information. Contact: fajar.mreza@gmail.com. You do not need to create an app account.

1. Your surveys and device permissions

The app reads Wi-Fi signal strength, network names (SSID), access-point identifiers (BSSID), channels, connection details and device capabilities to analyze your network. Room geometry, walking paths, signal samples, survey times, optional landmark photographs and labels are stored in the app's private storage on your device. If available and permitted, a survey can also store a geographic location and compass heading to identify its position and orientation.

Location permission and enabled location services are required by Android for some Wi-Fi scanning features. Camera permission supports ARCore room tracking and photographs you choose to capture. AR scanning requires a compatible device. We do not operate a server that receives your survey files, floor plans or photographs automatically. This app does not use background location tracking or record microphone audio.

2. Advertising and privacy choices

The free app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. When ads are eligible to be requested, Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app-set identifiers and other device/account identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Consent and privacy-choice information is also processed. We do not send your survey coordinates, Wi-Fi names, room plans or photos as ad-targeting parameters.

Where required, the app presents a privacy message before requesting ads. You can reopen available privacy choices in Settings. Choices and regional requirements affect how ads are served; non-personalized or limited ads can still involve data processing. See Google's privacy policy and Google advertising information.

An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase disables in-app banners and interstitial ads. The app may still contact Google Play to restore or verify the purchase, and the network tools you run continue to work as described below.

3. Purchases

Google Play handles checkout, payment information, receipts and refunds under its own terms. The app receives product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase and acknowledgement status to enable and restore the non-consumable Remove Ads entitlement. A local entitlement cache helps retain ad-free access while offline. We do not receive or store your card details. Purchases can be restored with the same Google Play account.

4. Network tests and third-party services

Internet speed tests and optional throughput measurements send and receive test data through Cloudflare's speed-test endpoints. These requests disclose your IP address and connection/request information to Cloudflare and consume network data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Ping and DNS tests contact the selected host or resolver; local device discovery probes devices on your local network. The destination can observe your connection metadata. Use discovery tools only on networks you own or are authorized to inspect.

Google Play Services for AR (ARCore) provides augmented-reality tracking and may process technical information under Google's privacy policy. This app does not use ARCore Cloud Anchors or the Geospatial API to upload your room model. Operating-system services such as network-based location are governed by your device and service settings.

5. Sharing and support

Exporting or sharing a survey image or report sends the content you select to the app or recipient you choose. Reports can include network details, location-related information, measurements and landmarks. Review them before sharing. Exported copies are controlled by the receiving app or recipient. If you email support, we receive your address and the content you voluntarily send; avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information.

6. Retention and deletion

Survey history is stored locally and is limited to the most recent 30 survey records. You can remove survey records in History. To remove all app-owned files, including any retained landmark photos and settings, clear this app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall it. Copies you exported elsewhere are not removed by these actions. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app. Google and Cloudflare retain data according to their respective policies; we cannot directly delete provider-held advertising, payment or network records. For privacy requests or support correspondence, contact us at the email above; we retain correspondence only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations.

7. Security and international processing

The app uses Android's private app storage. Google advertising and billing communication and the Cloudflare speed-test endpoints use encrypted transport. Network diagnostics may use ICMP, DNS or TCP probes that are not encrypted payload transports; opening a router administration page may use the local router's HTTP address. No system is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information outside your country under their policies and applicable safeguards.

8. Children and your rights

This network utility is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, contact us. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your information, or withdraw consent. Use the app's privacy choices, Android permission controls, the providers' privacy controls, or contact us for assistance.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when app features, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the app and its store disclosures where required.
