Delete your account

Shardfall: The Sundering lets you permanently delete the account created when you sign in with Google.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Shardfall and sign in to the Google account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings from the gear icon.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the warning and select DELETE ACCOUNT to confirm.

Email fallback

If you cannot open the app, email fajar.mreza@gmail.com from the Google email used for Shardfall. Use the subject Shardfall account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

Data deleted

• Your Shardfall authentication account and linked identifier
• Your cloud save, collection, decks, progress, settings, quests, achievements, and cloud currency balance
• Your PvP queue, match participation, and server-side game state
• Your Shardfall purchase entitlement records linked to the account

Data that may remain

Game data stored only on your device is not cloud account data. You can remove it by clearing Shardfall's app storage or uninstalling the app. Google Play keeps its own transaction records under Google's policies. We may retain limited records only when required for fraud prevention, security, tax, payment disputes, or other legal obligations.
